The Membership Bonus Program is a way that enables your business to purchase quality imprinted promotional products and at the same time get discounts off your SAPAA membership dues. Each time you purchase promotional products through Dingee Advertising you will receive a coupon which can be applied towards your SAPAA membership dues.

Current members of SAPAA are eligible to use this program. In addition, any non-member that is eligible to join SAPAA will also receive the same, which can be applied to SAPAA dues should that non-member decide to enjoy the advantages of a SAPAA membership.
"Dues Dollars" is what we call the coupon you receive and send to SAPAA membership for discounts on your annual dues.
When your promtional order through Dingee Advertising is completed we (Dingee Advertising) will send you an invoice and on the invoice will be noted the dollar amount of bonus money earned. When payment of the invoice is received, we will mail (or email if you prefer) a coupon reflecting that amount. Each coupon will have a unique identification number and can only be used once. When you receive your membership dues invoice from SAPAA you will mail payment and the coupon. The amount you remit and the value of the coupon added together must equal the total of your dues invoice. For example, if you have coupons totaling $100, you would pay $100 less than the invoice and attach the coupon with the payment It is your responsibility to save all coupons and submit them together when paying your dues. However, in order to use value of the coupon, one must join SAPAA and have it applied to the dues.
Dues Dollars will be in the amount of 5% of the "core sale". If the core sale is $1,000, then you will receive a $50 coupon. These are not points, they are one for one real dollars. What do we mean by "core sale"? An imprinted order can consist of several different types of charges. Suppose one purchased 48 laser engraved flashlights at $12 each. The cost of the flashlights would be the core sale. A laser engraving set up charge is not. Sales tax and shipping charges are not considered core sale. These are passed on at our cost and thus not eligible.
The dollar value Dues Dollars is limited to, and cannot exceed, the actual annual dues of the member. Dollars that are not used in a calendar year expire at the end of that calendar year. In other words, all coupons aquired in 2007 must be applied to the member's 2008 dues when invoiced at the end of 2007. Please remember that you must submit the coupons at the time you pay your dues. They cannot be accepted after the dues have been paid. Dues Dollars cannot be used for any other purpose than paying SAPAA membership dues under the conditions noted.
